How we work
Three straightforward steps, starting with a conversation about what you want to accomplish.
We talk through your goals, timing and questions, whether you are selling a long-held property or looking for your next one.
We look at the property, the market and the financial considerations, and lay out your options.
We agree on a plan and represent you through marketing or the search, negotiations, due diligence and closing.
